{"id":59,"date":"2023-09-24T08:18:39","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T08:18:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipmsmalta.com\/minjatura\/?page_id=59"},"modified":"2026-04-11T14:02:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T14:02:35","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ipmsmalta.com\/minjatura\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Minjatura Scale Model Expo is now an annual event\non the Maltese calendar that brings together national and international model\nmakers under one roof. <span style=\"color:#e60000;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><strong>This&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color:#e60000;\"><strong>year the event took place from the 6th to the 10th February.<\/strong><\/span> Organised by IPMS Malta, this event features an exhibition,\nworkshops and a contest based<span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\"><\/span> on the Open System of judging.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p>\n\n<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The expo is divided into sections with\ndetailed scale models depicting a wide spectrum of subject genres, including naval, military,\naviation, and civil historical themes, spiced up with fantasy, science fiction,\nand subjects from popular movies.
