I joined the SSM-IPMS MALTA in March 2001 after many months of
hesitation due to the high standard of modelling and painting I have
seen in the previous SSM EXPO!I never thought I could ever paint a
figure,but found all the necessary help and guidance by joining the Society.
My main field of interest is The Medieval era,particularly the Crusades
and Scottish wars,with the Roman enemies right behind.
In 2002 I attended the World Expo Roma and got a Certificate of merit
for the GUARDIA DEL DUCA LEOPOLDO.In the following year I went to
Catania in Sicily were I was awarded with another Certificate of merit
for the GUARDIA and a silver medal for CROCIATO.A few weeks after that
came a Commended at Euromilitaire2002,once again for the GUARDIA DEL
DUCA LEOPOLDO.
I am also member of the National Capital Model Soldier Society of
Washington U.S.A.
